Retreats take place monthly on the first weekend of each month.
Course structure and pricing:
Although you will notice improvements in your body and wellbeing from the start, we have developed the Fertility Awakenings retreats as a three month programme because it takes 90 days for the ovaries to renew and for hormones to shift. The Fertility Awakenings programme is a process that you follow in order to improve your diet, exercise, attitudes and behaviours, all of which will transform your body and allow you to reclaim your fertility.
We strongly recommend that you attend three consecutive retreats in order to obtain the maximum benefit and fully restore your body to balance. Tuition is only charged for the first retreat and then you are free to attend up to two more retreats paying only for your costs. We hope this pricing policy makes the retreats accessible to all.

If you buy three retreats and then change your mind for any reason then you are entitled to a refund minus the single retreat price.
Partners are very welcome and encouraged to join. All our activities are suitable for both men and women, though partners may opt out of any activity they do not wish to join.
We offer a heavily discounted rate for partners (which just covers their costs) in order to encourage their participation.
Included in the retreat fee:
- All tuition and workshops throughout the retreat
- Accommodation in single occupancy rooms with private bathrooms
- All meals, drinks and snacks – healthy nutritious fertility-enhancing food
- Comprehensive course material to take home
- Initial telephone consultation with Uby Muñoz following completion of a comprehensive medical history and lifestyle questionnaire
- Personal consultation with Uby Muñoz including Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis and acupuncture treatment
- Personalised treatment and nutrition plan (with nutritional supplement recommendations) based on western and oriental philosophies
- Ongoing support through our monthly teleseminars
