Retreat location
The Fertility Awakenings retreats are held on the edge of the beautiful Montseny Nature Park in the tranquil mountain village of Viladrau (about 75km or 45 miles from Barcelona. The pretty village is located at an altitude of 840m and is famed for being a source of pure mineral water. 
We work and stay in a mountain-chalet style hotel which blends harmoniously into the surrounding natural environment. It is an area of tranquillity and calm, with pure mountain air, good water and beautiful scenery. Many of the exercises are held outside in the open air so we can take advantage of the stunning surroundings and pure life-enriching air.
The retreat fee includes accommodation in individual ensuite rooms and all meals, drinks and snacks. We will be eating delicious fertility-enhancing food based on traditional healthy Mediterranean dishes using regional ingredients.
